Cheers to taking the first step and placing your order. Now, sit back and relax for 1-2 business days while we process and ship your goods. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm ET begin processing the next business day.
We will happily return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days after the purchase is made.
Return Exceptions:
All promotional purchases or discounted items, are final sale are not eligible for returns. All Cyber Week Sales are final sale. Orders placed between November 23rd - December 3rd purchased at discounted prices will not be eligible for refunds, only exchanges. Any items discounted by 50% OFF or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.

This process will walk you through how to return or exchange any items in your order. Be sure to only use our return labels provided through our returns portal so we can track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns or items returned using labels other than our own. If you have any questions while going through the process please reach out to us at care@chnge.com!
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, then confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit as requested.
Afterpay:
Please note refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will first be refunded from CHNGE to Afterpay, and then to you. For more information about Afterpay returns, visit help.afterpay.com.
