ORDERS
- How long will it take for my order arrive?

Orders typically take 24 business hours (Mon-Fri) to process. The transit time after that depends on which shipping option you select at checkout and where you are in the world:
U.S.
Overnight (Next Business Day)
Express (2-3 Business Days)
Standard (3-5 Business Days)
*Please note that due to covid-19 we are experiencing slight shipping and fulfillment delays that could cause your order taking an additional 3-5 business days to arrive than planned*
Rest of World:
The transit time for any order shipped outside of the U.S. can be anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on what country the package is shipped to. (please note due to covid-19 causing global freight delays international packages could temporarily experience longer than normal shipping times)
For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order at any time. For further questions, feel free to email us at care@chnge.com.
Our warehouse is closed for some holidays and orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. - Where do you ship my order from?
- Our warehouse is located at 66 Saratoga Blvd Devens, MA 01434, US. Please DO NOT ship any returns or exchanges to this address without going through our returns process here chnge.returnly.com
- What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
- We'll be happy to help. Please email care@chnge.com as soon as possible.
- Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
- If you did not receive an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@chnge.com so we can check on your order for you.
- Can I choose a delivery date/time?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
- Do you ship internationally?
- YES!!!
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes CHNGE to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that CHNGE may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Vintage items are not yet available outside the U.S.

PRODUCT INFO
- How do I care for my item?
- To ensure the garment's longevity please be sure to machine wash cold, and tumble dry low. To save water and energy, we also ask that you only wash when absolutely needed. CHNGE and the rest of planet Earth thanks you :)
- How can I tell what size I am?

Our clothes fit true to size. To find out how an item fits, consult our size and fit notes on all of our product pages. If you need additional help, email us at care@chnge.com.
- Will unavailable sizes/styles be restocked?
- We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes we re-stock. Sometimes we don’t. Our items tend to sell out quickly and as a result only some sizes are available for certain items. If you would like to be notified of our next drop to ensure you can get to your favorite items first, subscribe to our email!
- Can I be notified when something comes back in stock?
- Sign-up to stay in touch with us and know when our next drop hits.
PAYMENT
- Do you charge sales tax?
- Tax is applied to Massachusetts, Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, and New York.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- We will happily return or exchange any item within 50 days after the purchase is made. No questions asked. PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
- How do I return my item?
- Go to https://chnge.returnly.com/ to print your prepaid return label, pack the item(s) back in the original mailer (ensuring the mailer is taped shut) and place the return label over the original shipping label. PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
- How long will it take for my return to be processed?
- Your return should be processed within 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). This factors in transit time for the returned item to arrive at our warehouse, garment inspection time, and the time needed for the transaction to process. If you do not see a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, please email care@chnge.com PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
- Will there be an additional courier fee to send an exchanged item to me?
- Nope! Free shipping on all exchange items. PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.

- How do I change my password?
- Just log into your account, press the “Edit” button, and follow the instructions.
- Forgotten password?
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Sign-in” or “Account” link in our sidebar, check the “Forgot your password?”button, and just follow the instructions.
- How do I unsubscribe or change my email preferences?
- Included in any e-mail or newsletter that you receive from CHNGE are links that allow you to either change your content settings or unsubscribe from all future e-mails. Just click on the link and follow the instructions.
